In addition to an integrated QM system that ensures maximum consistency in our production process, we have an in-house laboratory and three CNC coordinate measuring machines.

Strong Roots
We specialize in producing technical plastic products using fully automatic insertion and removal technology, multi-axis robots, two-component technology and assembly automation.
Our extensive machinery ranges from 250 to 7,000 kN in clamping force. It consists of 58 hydraulic, hybrid and all-electric injection molding machines, which can process up to 4,000 tonnes of plastic granulate every year – all from our central material drying and conveyance facility.
We design tools based on simulation results and, in the case of smaller models, manufacture them in-house as well. Our resident specialists check third-party tools for dimensional accuracy.
We also have the technology for both manual and automatic assembly and handling.

An established international name
In 1961, Dr. Heinz Hasel and his wife Lieselotte founded the company in the German town of Reichartshausen. Over the years, it overcame many challenges to establish itself as an international player and an important regional employer.
For over half a century, the company has created a dialog between people, machines and products. A dialogue that paves the way for a better understanding of what industrial customers need – and that permanently optimizes production while ensuring quality of the highest order.
Our global customers are primarily OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers who swear by our expertise in the fields of automotive, power tools and thermotechnology.
